Welcome to Christian Leadership Institute's Online Student Application Form!
If you have not already done so, you may DOWNLOAD a copy of the form to review in preparation for completing and submitting your application online. You will need to be prepared with references and a paper to complete the application.
In order to complete the form online, please REGISTER on our site first. This login is only used to save your submitted information in the event that your session times out, or you need to save your current completed information and return to the site at a later time to complete all fields and submit the application.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do need to save your work but return to the form later to complete and submit the application, you WILL need to check the Terms box at the bottom of the form and click 'Save'. When you return to the site at a later time, simply click the 'Login' button in the upper-left portion of the site, enter your login information and return to this page to complete the application and submit.
